Sports Photography
Coverage Fee
- Flat Rate: $150/hour
Collected upfront at time of booking. Coverage fees are commonly waived for leagues, clubs, tournaments, and multi-team events. Most families do not pay this fee directly. Contact me to discuss custom options.
This fee covers my time photographing the event and preparing edited images for upload to an online gallery store. All images in the gallery will include a visible watermark. When images are purchased as digital downloads or prints, the watermark is removed, and the full-resolution version is delivered.
How Photo Orders Work
Photos from sports events are made available through an online gallery store where families can browse and purchase at their convenience.
- Prints: starting at just $3.00.
- Digital Downloads: starting at just $10.00.
- Premium options like canvases and metal prints are also available.
This system keeps things simple and affordable while giving families the flexibility to choose only the images they want.
Travel Fees
If your sporting event requires travel, the following fees may apply:
- Driving Time: $30/hour
- Mileage: Based on the IRS standard mileage rate
General Photography
Includes sessions for weddings, families, senior portraits, events, and more.
Hourly Rate
- Flat Rate: $300/hour
Perfect for shorter sessions or smaller projects.
Discount for Extended Sessions
For sessions longer than 3 hours, my rate decreases to $200/hour:
- 3 Hours: $900
- 4 Hours: $1100
- And so on…
What’s Included?
- Edited Photos: You’ll receive a minimum of 20 fully edited photos per hour, with a complete release for personal use. No hidden fees—your photos are yours to download, print, and share as you wish.
- Delivery: Your photos will be delivered via an online gallery within 6-8 weeks.
- Prints: Available through an online gallery store where you may browse and purchase at your convenience.
- Prints: starting at just $3.00.
